Thank you for the help! I'm currently eating about 1500 calories a day, is that okay or should I change it?

I am on a deficit and not as a lifestyle change like I'm trying now. I've done it for track at times but not like this routine I've been following.

That is very interesting. I'll have to keep an eye out for that. I'm also trying to get down to 8-12 percent body fat and I'm at 22 right now. Any tips on that?

So are you saying that I should expect to lose more fat than I am gaining in muscle?

It's a plan from bodybuilding.com it focuses on most of the muscle groups from what I've seen so far.

Well I have been eating very healthy meals along with it, so I'm hoping to see some results!

I usually weigh myself as soon as I wake up. That way all the weight you slept off is being shown and not the food you've eaten throughout the day, or water.

Well typically the analogs have given me the same weight or around, and I was wondering if our scale is screwed up because it is kind of odd. Once I weighed myself and it said one weight (I do double checks) and I weighed myself a minute later to see and the weight was totally off.

I think MY problem is Nutella. Me and my friends all eat it with everything. It's crazy. I only get it every once in a while but when I do I try so hard to stay away. I love that stuff so much. :indifferent:

Oh don't think I am trying to get out of it! I enjoy my workouts I really do! It helps me focus and think about things. I think I will try it, it's not that bad just a little pain but I don't think it will kill me! :)

It would be quite interesting to run around the block with her - barking at everyone and everything she sees. I might though just to get her out of the house.

I think I am going to try the block though. Despite that I will probably get tired out the first lap and the neighbor kids will get in my way with all their bikes and what not. :p

No, hahaha, you don't understand how spoiled these dogs are. They stay inside and do nothing all day.

Okay... I guess I will try doing a slower jog... I was on my schools track team so for me to do a slow jog makes me feel stupid because if I ever did that for our warmup jog during the season everyone would have lapped me 2 times...

I started last week and I am doing it five days a week vs. three because it makes me feel like I have accomplished more. This week I have been doing about 2/3 miles a workout plus 2 for walking to and from the track.

Well I read somewhere that it is good to have a little bit of something when you are craving it because eventually you will just do it anyways and you'll have a large quantity verses a small portion.

Well I had seen the commercials and saw it in the store and thought "that looks so cool to have at home." I just didn't know if it was reliable or if it has a nice taste when you made stuff with it.
