Alright thank you guys!

Thank you! I probably won't snack since most of my appetite is gone and there is not that much I even could snack on. Well, if I took three day off the gym wouldn't be open after those three days for the weekend which is usually why I try to take weekends off. However I got sick over the weekend and it isn't gone.

I've never heard of PB2 but ill have too look into it. I've heard of biscoff just never tried it, and it does look good. I actually tried the euro version in an Italian supermarket in NYC, and I gotta say it was VERY good.
-
Lmao, I could never do that. I know I can portion it out more healthy if I have ideas but that is too excessive. xD
-
I've never tried it in oatmeal but ill have to try it. Well I most certainly cannot do it in one sitting, even if I wanted to. I don't buy it, usually other people buy it and taunt me with it. Not fair at all.
-
You gave me an idea actually. I wonder how well it would work if I melted down the Nutella a little bit and dipped bananas into it and froze them. :o That'd be a great kind of healthy post workout snack during the summer.

It's great for protein though. A friend of mine ordered this special walnut butter called Nuts N' More and it has 14 grams of protein and 14 grams of fat. I know the peanut butter I buy is similar in fats but lower protein and I haven't tried this peanut butter yet but I'd love to sometime.
-
Peanut butter is another thing I love too because its so yummy but I am able to control that!
-
This is exactly me. The first time it entered the house everyone was interrogated how it was full one night and then down to scraping marks the next morning.... Needless to say I was the guilty one.
-
Should I lower my calories burned too? I am eager to get back on track losing weight again.
-
My calorie goal is 1600 but I usually get in between 1200-1300 but I do get up to the 1400-1600 area depending on the dinner I eat.
-
I drink tons of water! I have this 20 oz. titanium water bottle I use and I drink one of them with every meal and every time I start using a different cardio machine. I like to burn about 1500 I usually do 2 consecutive too on the weekends but never thought of trying a weigh in after them, I'll have to try it.
-
Haha I'm really not trolling I think I've just hit a point where I seriously am developing a disorder with it. I can't even begin to imagine what I would eat to get me up to that amount. MFP told me 1600 so I'm just so confused right now.
-
I go for a morning run with my Nike sensor and burn anywhere from 350-500 depending on how long I stay out there if the weather is decent, today was 370 cals. Then I do a good 40 minutes of walking a day which really doesn't burn that much compared to the 60min/800cal burn n the stair master or the 10min/160cal burn on the…

BMR 2098 TDEE 3619

Running, walking to and from places, elliptical, stair master.
-
So should I notch down on my calories burned because I don't have a lot of interest in eating a ton more.
-
I have a problem eating a lot though. I'm suppose to eat 1600 or around there but I don't really have stuff to eat to get me there. I don't eat packaged foods unless its a small cup of Greek yogurt or something that isn't terrible for you like granola bars. I typically try not to exceed 20 grams of fat a day.
-
Ehhh varies by day. Today I burned 1500 doing 130 minutes of different things through out the day.
-
I really don't know. I only like to eat my main meals or when I'm hungry. It's weird haha.
-
Hmmmm alright. I do love chicken so that won't be a problem. Someone also bright up intermittent fasting and I was wondering if anyone has tried that and had progress?
-
I feel great too after only a few days, I like that I can feel sore from the workout. Makes me feel like I worked hard.
-
I'm very curious, I've never heard if it, but what is "spinning" when referring to cardio?
-
Hmmm alright I guess I'll have to bump it up. I don't know what I'll even eat to get there... It'll be hard for me to do.
-
Yup
-
That's interesting I'll have to look into that one.
-
Well there is of course 12 weeks worth of plans and exercises for it so its possible there could be some somewhere
-
5'10", 204, 15, 22%. I've lost about 26 pounds since I started cardio in July.
-
What type of info would you need? I know it's rather low but the problem is that I really am never that hungry to eat all those calories and I'm lucky if I break 1500 most of the time.
-
Well I'll link you to it. You get two days off a week. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris-gethin-12-week-daily-trainer-week-1-day-1.html
