I am 5'7" starting weight (5 mo post baby) I was @ 165 size ~10. Starting in July Today 7 mo post baby.... 5'7" 153 size 7-8 (size 8 is getting pretty baggy) I doesnt really matter the size because of differenty body types & muscle. I have friends that weigh less at the same height but wear bigger size jeans.

Brown the turkey meat as you normally would & add your fav type/kind of salsa. Its really good, and adds LOTS of flavor. Play around with adding differenty veggies. I like it over cooked asparagus cooked with worstishire sauce in the skillet. LOVE IT :) (sp) sorry LOL

As of right now (recently) I exercise around 10 or 11 am. Earlier if I can, but I have found I have TONS of energy throughout the day. I dont exercise past 7 pm.......or I cant sleep. I have been told exercise is best in the am because of metabolism reasons. Not sure how much truth is in it........I just might google it :)

4 weeks after having my daughter I started WW. For the first couple weeks I would lose a pound her, a pound there maybe 1.5. But then I started to gain every "weigh-in" The end result was. ......I participated in WW for almost 9 weeks and ended up with a loss of 1 freakin pound. So, in my opinion I think MFP is WAY…

I am doing the P90X program and love it!!!! The cardio workout gives you a little bit of everything and provides HIGH calorie burn. Its about 45 minutes long. Tough but a GREAT workout!!!!

That is the BEST thing I have herd in a LONG time!!!!!! Depriving yourself can really only lead to possible over eating...the "evil" foods. Moderation IS best....even Jillian says that........."dont deprive" I just LOVE how you put this into perspective though... I really got a giggle & a smile out of it :) And honestly it…

Try REAL sugar sub. I believe the best ones are Truvia or Stivia (spelling??) Stay away from yellow, blue & pink packets....... very artificial & can actually cause weight gain. This is according to Dr. Oz :wink: BUT I totally trust what he says :)
