I am 6'0" and aiming for a final goal of 180. I'm take it every 5 pounds at a time as a mini goal. I'm almost at goal #2, 18 more mini goals to go. :)

I'm certainly no doctor, but I believe that as long as you have a healthy diet to support the loss of calories it should be fine. I think it would be best to do for the short term too and to switch it up often. Talk to a doctor / nutritionist & see what they say. I'd love to know.
