The entire point of churches are to police others. And why would agnostics be against "policing" people? I'm pretty sure agnostics-- like most other peoples-- are perfectly fine with laws, social contracts, etc.

I don't mind them. They all have perfect, smart *kitten* replies. I like to sharpen my snark claws on unsuspecting folk.

Snacking isn't the issue, it's caloric intake. What some people call a snack here can sometimes constitute a meal, calorie-wise, and aren't burning enough calories to keep from gaining weight. And they'll have those huge snacks throughout the day in addition to sizable meals. If you eat a crap ton of calories but burn more…

Didn't everyone freak out about the casting of Heath Ledger as Joker? Would Ben Affleck be my first pick to play Bats? No. If anyone had said to me that they thought Affleck should take up the cowl, I would have laughed, scornfully. But Christopher Nolan is working on this new movie and I highly doubt that he didn't have a…

If you don't think what you said was wrong or hurtful, tell it to the person who took issue with it and get over it. Why dwell on it? You can't complain that people are policing your thoughts if you are the one making a big deal about it.

I've been running for over 5 years now, so my stamina is quite good. I used to run 1.5- 2 hours a day and stop before I feel like I need to. Since I started incorporating weight training, I run .5 - 1 hour a day for weight training days and 1.5- 2 for non- weight training days for the most part.

You could try switching to an IUD. That form of birth control is literally more effective than sterilization.

I Love Lucy!

*sigh* I thought there'd be boobs.

When stating measurements, you measure around the fullest part of the chest/ bust and give those measurements and not the measurement of the rib cage. The poster you are questioning said she's a 42D, so that would mean her rib cage is probably around 38 inches.
-
For me, curvy has nothing to do with weight, only shape. If you have a waist very noticably smaller than your hip and bust measurements, I'd call you curvy.

What are the portion sizes? I didn't eat school provided lunches in high school, but I remember in middle school, the portions weren't that big-- usually smaller than the kids meals at fast food places. Of course, this was about ten years ago, so I obviously can't say if it's changed. All I would suggest is to try to find…

Unless you can change your genetics, no. Fakes are pretty much the only other option on that.

Pretty sure that the CEO of J.P. Morgan doesn't have disdain for all depreciating assets. Like cars. Pretty sure he owns cars that depreciate in value. Also pretty sure that wasn't written by Morgan's CEO, but hey. *Edited for spelling.

I had my ice cream and so now I will answer: Unless we don't mesh or they've been gone for a long time without letting me know they were going to be, I just leave them. I honestly don't pay much attention to my actual list-- I just go interact with whoever shows up on my feed or writes me. I'm socially illiterate though.

Click settings, go to "Update diet/ fitness profile", go to "What is your goal" (last field) and choose "maintence" in the drop-down menu.

If you ate a crap ton of sugar but still created a deficit, you'd lose weight. Sugar does not break the laws of thermodynamics.

I agree. If someone wants to insult me, fine. I don't care. Why should I?

Oh my god, this. I'm not sure why customers think a cashier has ANY say over whether their card is accepted or not. It's a big hassle for me as well when your card is declined. I would also like to add: Please stop trying to give me a tip. I'm glad you appreciate my service, really, but I'm not lying to you when I tell you…
-
Gah. I was a cashier at Home Depot. My list? - Don't take your frustrations out on me because something in your house broke. I wasn't the one who broke it and I'm not the reason you've had to make your fifth trip out because you weren't sure what part you needed. - Just because I work at a home improvement store, it does…

So... one form of sugar is swapped out for another form of sugar. And...? Too much sugar in any form can be detrimental. My grandma was diabetic and even had to watch all-natural sugar from fruit.

Me? I'm crazy. The internet says so.

You can do it. My boyfriend's favorite thing to consume is soda (Pepsi and cherry Coke) and he's stopped drinking it at all. Of course, he has a great incentive not to drink them as they give him kidney stones. Any way, if he can stop, you can too if you really want to.

http://health.yahoo.net/experts/yourbestfitness/99-cent-diet-could-it-work-you Eating healthy foods doesn't have to be expensive.

I hate that argument as well. In my household of four, we usually spend about $300 ($400 at max) a month on groceries-- most of it is healthy foods, but certainly there's "junk" in there too. That breaks down to ten bucks to feed four people a day. And since we aren't on a strict budget, I know for a fact we could trim…

Huh? I eat mostly clean (or so I've been told) and not a single person calls me a snob for it. In fact, in my experience, nobody cares about your food choices unless you're touting it as the only "right" way.

As others have said, you don't HAVE to do a 1200 calorie diet. You can still lose weight on more calories. That being said, noodles, rice, beef, gyro, and pita can all fit into a 1200 cal diet pretty well. Also, you really should at least try different food instead of dismissing it all out of hand. Try foods you think you…

When my grandmother died. Doctors might have been able to save her if it hadn't been for all the damage being overweight had done to her body.

Ooooh. I like making this. I usually use a sun dried tomato vinaigrette but this dressing sounds good.
