I get up at 5:15am to work out. I am not a morning person and I drag myself kicking and screaming to workout. BUT I feel so much better all day, and I tend to make better food choices when I workout in the morning. I think the key is - GO TO BED EARLIER if you can. I've been eating roasted garbanzo beans. Carb heavy, but they have protein and fiber. I figure that's better than Cheetos. :-)
