I just finished dinner! I had a cup of Trader Joe's Lentil Soup with Vegetables, and 3 oz of Tempeh on a small bed of lettuce. Not very inspiring, but haven't been shopping in a while and I am almost out of fresh veg. Tempeh was less than inspiring though.

Ok, the suggestion of bumping up protein to carbs is a good one. i am going to try that & maybe increasing my calories and see if that solves my issuess..

Haha, yes the food is temptingly good. BUT, it isn't that sort of hungry. Literally I mean I feel sick to my stomach and can't sleep sort of hungry...

I honestly love apple cider vinegar. I haven't heard of it for weightloss, but it fixes a sore throat like nobody's business and I think it tastes great on salad. I used to drink it in the morning before breakfast everyday as it is supposed to be good for your digestive system.

Oh that might make sense. I had a really active day yesterday, and maybe my body was still lacking. Honestly, I was just confused because I HAVE been pounding the water, and tea, and ate protein / fiber rich foods for all of my meals and I just feel like a bottomless pit...

I am backpacking currently. I have a bag of lentils (dry) which I can easily turn into lentil soup with just some water and some easy to find veggies. I also have been eating LOTS of fruit and nuts. Think about dry goods that can be portioned out easily.

I can resist the nuts and the hummus (just barely) but OMG Trader Joe's plantain chips are honestly the MOST addicting thing I have ever eaten. Literally I have never not eaten the whole bag in one sitting.

I do not eat by any book, but I do think I eat pretty close to the qualifications of 'clean' eating. I cook/prepare almost all my own food. If I am stuck eating something preprepared my rule of thumb is that I don't eat anything where I wouldn't use the ingredient list in a sentence. Bring on the veggies! Please feel free…

Peanut butter and celery and peanut butter and APPLES are my favorites. Also, almond butter is great, as it is lower calorie and tastes absolutely fabulous.

My friend and I go to Spain on the 1st of September. In 4 weeks, I would like to lose 10-15lbs to weigh 135lbs. We will travel for 3 weeks until school starts at the end of September. By the time schools starts, I would like to be in the 120's.
