  • Current weight: 151.0! YAY :D
  • Made this last night! Very good! I put pepperoni, beef, tomato paste, and low fat parmesean cheese. Tasty meal and good pizza substitute. Everyone should try it!
  • When I first started running my mile, my bf had me just run the mile 5 days out of the week and then a mile and a half 1 day a week. That way you build up to being able to do it more often. Truthfully, as soon as I realized I could do the 1.5 miles, I started doing that almost everyday. I think most of it is in my mind.…
  • ugh i messed up. meant to quote somebody. sorry people.

  • Well not doing great yet...had Ocharleys for dinner last night....let's just say rolls are too good to resist. BUT today is another day! Finally home and have a real kitchen to cook in so I have some new foods YAY. So excited for the next week. Hopefully I can shed those two extra pounds I gained this week and more. :)
  • I'm in! I've had a hard time the past few days and i'm only a couple days into my christmas break! :( I need some serious motivation over the next month! At home, I'm going to try and get 2 work outs in per day. Once running my 2 miles on the treadmill and once doing one of the Jillian Michaels dvds I bought. 5 week GW: 144
  • Rach, I just made a post today about putting the scale away! I have been pretty disappointed in my weigh-ins this past week and I've decided I just can't let it rule my emotions anymore! I'm tired of it! So I told myself I'm not going to weigh in again this week until Friday. You are right; they are just numbers. But if…
  • Sounds great! and scary i agree haha. I think it will be worth it in the end though. I think we will be happier with the results we see then! Good luck this week!
  • Great! We can do it. I know, the scale is still sitting here in the floor of my room and it is very tempting, but so far I have managed to stay away. And about the meaningless weigh-in week...I'm right there with you! That's why I decided it would be a good time to try this.
  • Wow that is really intense and amusing. I bet we would all be better off not weighing in at all but it's just another way to measure success. Unfortunately it is quite an addicting one. More power to ya girl!
  • Wow that's a huge difference! Way to go! You look like a completely different person!!! Keep up the good work :D
  • Awesome job! We are about the same starting and goal weight. I haven't seen as much change in the belly as I would like but soon hopefully!
  • AWESOME JOB! That's amazing! Keep up the good work!
  • Sounds great! Current weight: 153.6 Goal weight: 140 (That's where I'm trying to be by early March at least) How long are we going to do this for?
  • Great job ladies! Can't believe I have the most weight loss so far this week! I feel so much better about not having a gym to work out in this past weekend! Keep it up everyone! Goals this week: Run my 2 miles everyday Up my protein by 5% Don't eat any bad foods even though I'm craving them so badly right now :P Improve my…
  • From what I understand, you need to eat those exercise calories too. My boyfriend has been helping me figure out my diet, and he always has me get as close as I can to 0 calories left (that's with 1200 base plus exercise calories added). Hope this is right and helps! Good luck!
  • My biggest mistake was letting myself become as overweight as I have. Ever since I was little (probably 2nd grade), I had the mentality that I was bigger than everyone else. I think that negatively affected me, because instead of trying to keep it in check, I just used it as an excuse to eat whatever and whenever I wanted.…
  • My NSV is doing a 9:40 minute mile the other day! I started out with about an 11:45 just a couple weeks ago. It's crazy how much I've improved! Can't wait to see more improvement!
  • I did this the other day too! I have lost about 12 lbs since summer (just started myfit a couple weeks ago). Anyways, I was carrying a ten pound weight to one of the machines, and was thinking, "Wow I've lost this much." It felt pretty good! Good job! Keep it up!
  • Be sure to record EVERYTHING honestly! The other night, I snacked on Trail Mix (not the worst choice but I could've done better). Now when I say "snack", I really got the bag, weighed it, ate until I didn't want anymore, and then weight it again. I ate A LOT too. But I made myself record it. Need less to say, I went over…
  • Today, I am most proud of myself for jogging a whole mile and a half! This is the first time ever! Oh and also, I am proud of my weigh-in today....lightest I have been in years! I am most grateful for the encouragement and help on this fitness journey. I couldn't do it without my dear friend! He's amazing!
  • This was so inspirational for me! Did you ever think you would get down to this size? I'm about a size 12 right now and would love to wear a bikini but I never thought it was possible to make that big of difference. I hope I can change as much as you have!
  • Wow that is amazing! Congrats! You are a true inspiration!
  • I think a lot of people struggle with this. I know I am way under too. One thing that a friend and I found is "No Salt". It is a salt substitute but is ONLY potassium. I'm pretty sure there are no calories or anything else. You may look into putting this on your foods. Hope this helps!
  • Instead of eating in the dining halls, eat in your room. I just keep healthy food in a mini-fridge. Also, it helps a lot if you don't buy desserts and candy at the store. If it's not there, you can't eat it. Good luck!
  • I have had these negative thoughts too. Not necessarily with loved ones, but with friends of friends. For instance, this guy that I had barely talked to ever said "Whoa, you look like you've lost weight." And instead of taking it as a compliment, the first thing that popped in my head was, "Oh okay, so I was fat and ugly…
  • I agree about wanting to shop in the single digit sizes! It would be wonderful because I have never been able to do that. Good luck with everything! I will totally be here for you! We can do it! :D
  • Are you ever going to start a new chart/group? I would love to do this, but i just started.
