I've just recently started making some microwavable bread that has considerably more protein than carbs. Idk if you are focusing on your ratios, and need help for carb cravings because of that, but this bread definitely fills me up and feeds my carb cravings.

You should definitely eat the 1200 at least. However, I'll tell you about what I've recently found out. I was eating about 1200 plus exercise calories, and was still losing weight of course. Yes, luckily those haven't gone anywhere yet :). I think they have slightly gone down. But i was really worried I would lose all of them first and no where else.

I've never worried about counting the gum...the way I think about it is, if I spit it out when I'm done then it doesn't count lol. Sounds silly, but just my philosophy. Plus the calories and stuff in it are so minimal, I don't think it really matters.

Very clever topic name :) Just buckle down and set your mind to it, and you will be able to be back down to your weight during the active tennis playing days.
