  • I'm weighing in at 136.6lb this week... I did get down to 135.8 but I went out for dinner yesterday so sodium levels must be high :( Still a loss though!

    Oh, great! So here I am week two, use the treadmill, shoveled, etc (more exercise than I've gotten in a year practically), tracking everything relentlessly. And what do I get? Gained weight back! Uuuuuuuuuuuuggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh! I'm hopeful that it's just the first week was a fluke and I'm evening out???? I'm back up 2.5 pounds.... to 139..5, but it's still 5.5 pounds less than I started at 2 weeks ago. Keep trucking, I guess?!?!?!

    Please update my chart <sob> to 139.5 :(
  • Had to buy a new scale because the old one broke. I bought a weight watcher scale wheighing at 280.2 lbs this morning. whoo hoo!!!:happy:

    I'm weighing in at 168.2 this week, so lost the Christmas weight plus another pound whoop whoop almost into the 11stone bracket!!

    weighing in at 221.8 this week... not sure how i lost considering all the junk i ate this week... but i did it! my gym friend and i are stepping it up together this week... and going to weigh in and measure together on a bi-weekly basis.

    my goal is to work on water, food journal my food (not necessarily calories), and stay OFF the scale!!!

    Today's weigh in is 128! Woohoo! My goals are to drink more water (I sip all day long but I know I'm not getting the amount I should) and workout 5 times again this week. Plan to swim laps today since it's a holiday and I'm off work.

    Went up this week to 152.4
    I was down all week except this morning, I’m sure it’s water retention from lots of sodium in the Pad Thai last night but I’m still bummed.
    My goals this week are to actually go to the gym at least 3 days! Eat out only twice and both times needs to be relatively healthy. And most importantly to stay within my calorie goals!

    I did hit 170 even at one point this week, but considering I usually jump 2 pounds over the weekend I'llt ake it!

    oh thank god 235.9! :) its a new week and its gonna be a great one! :D My goals for this week are to drink lots of water workout at least 5-6 times this week and watch it on the junk food! And yes I will make it 234(20lbs lost ) and beyond this week!!:D Good luck to all you fabulous ladies this week on your goals and weight losses!! :D
