Thanks for the reply! I also have very dry skin now. I think it is because I have a hard time drinking all that water every day.

I had a challenging time losing weight prior to my surgery. I finally lost it and I was approved! Glad I went ahead with the surgery. Just having a hard time getting motivated to go to the gym.

Hey, Good luck with your new diet and fitness routine! I've been overweight my entire life so I feel ya. May I suggest walking? I started with a short stroll but I walk a little farther every day. Hang in there and don't get discouraged.
