  • I usually try to do my hardest workouts during the weekend. If I know I'm going out Saturday night, I'll do my long run then. It offsets the extra intake from going out, and it also makes you a bit more conscious and self-controlled about what you eat. It's difficult, but I wouldn't just give up on the weekends, though!…
  • Just running and cycling, mostly. Once in a while some strength stuff to mix it up. Right about the beer pounds! I wince a little when I had to add that to Saturday's log. Thanks guys!
  • I usually add the strength exercises first. Then I go to cardiovascular and search for strength training. So on the top you have the amount of time you spent lifting for calories burned, and on the bottom you have the actual exercises you did. Hope that helps!
