The Trutein brand is very yummy. I love the banana cream flavor with unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

I have a Trutein Protein shake for breakfast every morning. They are very yummy and keep me full almost to lunch time.

Finished the program tonight! I only got 2.7 miles in the 30 mins time but I can run the entire 5K. Not sure if I am going to try the 5K improver next or the bridge to 10K. I am leaning towards trying the 5K improver. First 5K race is in 3 weeks! Excited :happy:

Finished W5D2 today! I slowed down and it wasn't very difficult this time! I think I was going too fast on my past runs. Feeling pretty confident about doing the 20 min run on W5D3!

Finished W4 last night! It is getting easier :) Ready to start week 5! I am going to try a 2K next weekend called the Living Dead Dash, where you get chased by zombies, LOL!

Just finished W2D2 and I am loving it! It is very hard but I am already looking forward to the next run. My 10 yr old son is doing it also! The biggest problem I am having is that my knees are hurting pretty bad. I think I am going to need to get some new shoes before I get to the longer run intervals.
