Sonic 2 grilled chicken wraps large watermelon slush large fry I try to avoid fast food now, or when I go I just eat whatever a regular meal is... but I always feel like I want more. Definitely still working hard to change this.

I have found that if I try to make myself eat things I hate, I'm much more likely to fall off the wagon and start bingeing on things like fried foods, fast food, and super sugary sweets. Portion control seems to have helped me a lot!

Sounds good. It's mostly about what feels right for you and your body. For instance, 1200 is low for me, so I try to stay higher, around 1500 as my net. :D

I don't always eat mine back. Often what happens is I eat too much, and then when I work out it helps to curb some of that. I just started MFP though, so... I still have a lot of work to do in controlling my habits and changing my eating. It IS nice to see that extra wiggle room, though.
