Here are 2 of my favorites: Tuna Salad: 1 can tuna (drained & rinsed) 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp honey mustard (or spicy brown mustard) 1 apple (cut in wedges) 1 tbsp dried cranberries or raisins mix it all together with 2 of the apple wedges (diced). then eat the rest of the apple.
