Eggs usually always keep me full. I'll usually do an egg and ham on an english muffin. That'll keep me full until the afternoon. Or peanut butter on an english muffin or toast and fruit. Something with protein will help you stay full till lunch.

I have frozen grilled chicken breasts in my freezer along with frozen broccoli and whole grain brown rice. I usually will do that to make a complete meal. Maybe add an apple as well.

Put some peanut butter on an english muffin or some whole grain toast in the morning. That will add some extra protein. Find a good natural peanut butter that you enjoy if it's something you like. If you are not wanting to make eggs in the morning for yourself then this might help.

I was also looking at podcasts and stuff for the C25K and I have some as well if you are interested in looking at these. They have a voice over for when to switch between walking and jogging. I think having the music and not focusing on the time will help.

I really like guys in zumba or any dance class! It's definitely fun watching them enjoying themselves dancing even if they have no rhythm. I like girls who use free weights as I love using free weights. I like friendly people who aren't afraid to come chat you up and encourage you.

I'm a texture phobe too but more when it comes to eating foods. I have far too many food issues that it would take forever to discuss haha.

I'm afraid of falling but only when I'm not strapped in or feel like I'm secure. I can ride rides and I could even sky dive which is weird but when it comes to stairs, balconies, anything like that I'm terrified! Also, I hate the sound of balloons when people rub them, I freak out!

The last book I read is does the noise in my head bother me by Steven Tyler! Such an interesting and good book but I love him. I have downloaded the book fat girl but haven't gotten too far into it. I need some other books to read too.

I love plain ice cold water! The colder the better for me. Sometimes I'll add some lemons into it but I'm good with just regular water.
