  • If you need more of a caffeine boost I usually get an americano with the syrups. That is just espresso with hot water and it's delicious :) I add some cream in there too if you like that and it cuts down on the calories from the milk or you can get it without. I can't go the season without getting a gingerbread americano…

  • I use my hear rate monitor as well and I'm 295 and I burn about 500-600 per hour doing lower intensity zumba.

  • My comment wasn't really to help with losing weight. When it comes to weight loss it doesn't matter what time you eat it was just information that I got from my nutritionist about eating to lose body fat and preserve lean muscle mass.
