  • Good luck! Yeah college is a hard time to lose weight I feel like. Though it doesn't get any easier when you get older since you have a whole other mess of responsibilities. If you want to add me I can help you out with some support and friendship. I just joined recently and I'm looking to lose a good amount of weight. I…

  • Good luck with the weight loss. It'll be so worth it in the end. I'm starting at the high end too, around 300lbs. I have about 150 to lose and its gonna be a rough journey but I can't wait. If you need some more support feel free to add me. You'll get there before you even know it. Of course with hopefully only a little…
  • I understand how hard it is to lose a lot of weight. I want to lose about 150 as well. It can be hard to keep the motivation going especially when you're not seeing great results. Try varying some of your workouts and your food to see if that tricks your body enough. Sometimes people get in a routine and their body gets…

  • There isn't a whole lot of difference especially if you're just doing the online program for weight watchers. I think there are definite benefits to doing the meetings since there you have some accountability. Also, if you are paying for it then you might have more of an incentive to follow program. I think it all depends…
  • I quit volleyball in high school and that cut my exercise down a ton. 3 hours of practice 3 days a week for club and 2 hours a day 6 days a week for high school... once that was all gone I still ate like I was used to eating and didn't have the workouts I was used to having and the weight kept pouring on! Now I hate…
  • It's usually 1/2 cup of cooked rice, same goes for pasta. It all depends on what nutrition label you are reading and if the label is based on the raw version or the cooked version. I would say measure out 1/2 cup of cooked rice though.
  • I like my water as cold as it can possibly get :) I can't do rt water. Then I get to enjoy the ice afterwards too!
  • I'm from Illinois :) I'm in the NW suburbs. The wonderful town of Palatine. Keep working hard on your journey of losing weight. It's the small changes that you continue to make that will make all of the difference. It's hard to make every change at once and stick with it. I just began this journey of losing weight yet…
  • If you are a pintrest person they have some good at home non gym exercises that you can do. Also, try looking on youtube as well. They have some youtube exercise videos. Try those and hopefully that can help you some. Good luck on the exercising, it can be tough sometimes.
  • Have you ever tried going to see a counselor that deals with weight loss as well? Emotional eating is a hard thing to overcome on your own. Also, I agree with feeling happy all the time not based on guys. Guys are just there to cause problems and they should not be the source of your happiness. I still struggle with…

  • Do you always do the same exercises on the same days of the week? Sometimes that can be something you can mix up as well. Also, try adding more weights or doing more circuit training with the weights if you don't do that already. Just some suggestions if you aren't doing any of these. Losing inches is the most important so…
