  • Can I still join today? I plan to do the p90x classic version. I will post my measurements tomorrow. Shall I just hop on the wagon and start day 3 or should I actually start day 1?
  • I like doing a circuit to keep my heart rate up. So I will jump from one machine to the next until I have done 3 sets of each. I do this for 5 exercises. Legs one day then arms another.
