  • I make a sundae with cottage cheese. Put 1 to 2 cups fresh or defrosted bluberries (always in the freezer) in a shallow soup bowl. Add a scoop of low fat cottage cheese. Slice 1/2 banana on top of cottage cheese. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. chopped walnuts, and finish with a shake of cinnamin. Really great lunch.
