I drink 2 cups of coffee a day...morning and mid-afternoon. The rest of the day I drink water with Mio flavoring...can't stand plain water, usually 8-10 cups per day. I may have milk with dinner. Not very exciting, but it works for me :)

I've lost a lot in the breast department too :( Oh well...I tell you, I'd rather be healthy and look great even with smaller "girls", then be fat and have big boobs :D Also means I get to buy some nice new lacey bras...and take hubby shopping with me so I can show them off.

My advice is log your food intake and be realistic. It takes time, be patient!! I've been at this 8 months, and have yet to perfect it, but I'm doing what I need to be successful. I usually have one day a week where I binge. I don't have a set day in particular...I play it by ear and usually (but not always) save it for the day I'm HUNGRY. I do try to avoid days when I'm an emotional wreck, because I know that food is not going to make me feel better, but make me feel worse. If I'm not doing well…

I was here too...the 1200 calories a day diet (and honestly not knowing any better). I found the link to check out my BMR and TDEE last week, and gave it a try. I was scared to eat more and gain weight. Guess what? I ate at my TDEE minus 20%, and I lost weight this week, even cutting back on my exercise to once this week…
