I'm back after a long hiatus. During that time away I gained almost all the weight back that I lost. Been back for 21 days and have dropped almost 26 pounds. I'm under 500 lbs again! I will be around a lot more often. Hang in there.

Don't focus on the numbers. If you are in this to just lose weight then your current weight is all-encompassing.
