I would take it as a YAY! If you have been doing a lot of toning exercises maybe you have lost more in inches than in pounds and that is what has made the difference. I would say enjoy the NSV :)

I use to but I changed my weigh in day to Monday so it keeps me accountable on the weekend because if I fall off it hurts my weigh in. It has been working to keep me strong on the weekend for sure.

I actually use my ring to tell how much water I am retaining LOL. When I am not holding water my ring will slide up to my knuckle. A friend of mine had a great idea, if you can't re-size your ring, just get a smaller band that you can perhaps put in front of it to keep it from falling off.

Yesterday I was able to button up a blouse that I had never been able to button up...AND I HAD ROOM TO SPARE :) Also I had a co-worked do a double take and stop me and tell me I was looking good these days and to keep up doing whatever I am do...she made my day!

I read that being dehydrated could cause it as well, snebel. I try to drink roughly 12 cups of water a day, but I don't drink while I am working out so maybe that is causing some of it as well. I didn't have much pain during my workout last night trying some of the breathing techniques so that did seem to help. Thanks…
