i got off my regular pill and started taking seasonale to reduce my period. yea right. bled for 5weeks straight. ughhh. decided id rather have one a month instead! probably just from switching it up.

try brushing your teeth. it sounds cheesy but helped me not to eat after 8pm! i just brushed them earlier rather than right before bed because then the food wouldnt taste right!!

ill b your friend! i started alone and my moms friend introduced me to this wonderful site. writing down my food in a food journal got swept under the rug but logging it here is soooo different. i feel i HAVE to do it to get through the day! im down 45 lbs! i also set smaller goals. ie... get under the 200 lb mark then…

totally works! you are only supposed to do it for about a month though or u start gaining weight because your body goes into starvation mode. it is a great jumpstart for sure. i lost on average 4-7 pounds a week. i started at 242 and with continuous excercise and better eating habits am down to 202 in a little over 4…

i have issues with heel spurs and bought the best pair of shoes yet! sketchers sport flex. was fitted at the store and my feet have never felt better. very supportive for my flat foot yet very light and flexible. good luck!!
