I'm not 40's....but I want to feel like it! I work out every day with 30's and 40's. I welcome the friendships. I'm in the 50's and into fit living!

I do both. I work out at the Gym 5 days a week doing 45 min cardio (elliptical trainer), and I do the 30 min circuit. The circuit is a total body workout. You can increase the weights as you go. I have little dogs, but no cats. My daughter is a teacher and she has a fitbit! I just started on my diet and exercise plan a few weeks ago. I am hoping to start feeling better and to get into those jeans again!

My daughter has one (she's the one who told me about this site), and she swears by it! I just bought one tonight...it is still on the charger. I hope that I have as much success as she has had....she has lost a small person and looks great! :flowerforyou:

I started my diet July 9th, and I weighed 171.8. I weighed in this morning and am 164.4. My goal is to get back down to 120. It is great to be here among like minded friends! Keep up the good work!
