MikeMontana? Like Tony Montana? Sorry... Congrats on your weight loss & I'm glad there are people out there like you that are willing to assist those that need it the most. I completely understand about not wanting to help those that are not truly committed. That is why I have a tough time working out with friends because…

I agree with the recent post. As long as you don't have something rubbing up against the tattoo..your workouts should be fine. Get the tattoo... *now I want one...damn*

I heard that you have to replace them every 10 years? I may be wrong though. I would LOVE implants since now alls that is left is flapjacks and I still have around 50+lbs to lose! Oh I do not like that mental picture at all. On another hand, I think I do want a tummy tuck if I can't lose this "mother's apron". We'll see...

OMG...I have know clue (that's how much) but I know I kicked my *kitten* with my workout this morning...burnt 1320...that should do it! F.U. CANDY...F.U!!!

:noway: So now I am selfish and irresponsible because I had a child when I was overweight? I personally think that no matter what weight you are when you have a child it does not mean that your child will be overweight. I do agree that if you are not set in the right mind of healthy eating that you could possibly be…

Unfreakin believable! You look great! Very jealous and now I wanna go workout some more. CONGRATS on your weight loss!

When I was a junior in HS I was walking up the stairwell to class and a boy at the top said "I didn't know whales could fly?" In HS that hurt but my mom has some classics.... "should you really be eating that?" "well if you lose some weight..." "It's just water weight" Me: "I'm offically down 90lbs!!"...Mom: "Losing weight…

CONGRATS!!!!!!

Believe me when I say that your body is changing. I look in the mirror and still think I look like I'm 320lbs. It is not until I compare old pictures to new ones that I see the difference. About your work place, some people don't feel comfortable congratulating you on weight loss because they don't know if they may offend…

Don't be too hard on yourself. I've realized that when I focus too much on weight loss my weight doesn't seem to budge BUT when I just focus on enjoying life and fit my workouts in that the lbs just melt off me. Crazy but I used to stress myself out thinking about how I can lose weight faster. Now I just workout and eat…

I've got 50 more! Feel free to add me.

OMG...the first time I got kicked off a ride was at the Mall of America. Completely embarrasing. But this last weekend we did something similar and I went on to rides with great hesitation but rode all the rides I wanted to! I was SOOOOO happy and my brother's kept saying "see we told you that you'd fit". lol. I am so…

Just do it...

I find that when I'm successfully losing weight that other people that make "excuses" annoy me as well. I try just to stay positive and give them "ideas" of how they can "resist". lol.

Wow....I think this all the time and try to go through great lengths to workout. I don't feel like I have as much "out of the home" things to do as you but I have my fair share of "disturbances". Um, I suppose it's nothing new to say but prep meals or write what your having to eat everyday, wake up early and work out, walk…

I am right there with you! I can't seem to even give my daughter a bath without my lower back takin me down for the night. Please stick with it - Subway was a GREAT choice! I don't know the full story on your back but stretching really helps me. Also, 9lbs is better than none and you actually got out there and walked…

Whatever you do don't get discouraged. There could be a lot of things going on inside that may not be reflecting on the scale. Remember that the scale is only a number and doesn't show how fit you are. Stay positive and you'll see results in no time. :flowerforyou: BTW - I weigh myself constantly and it is a REALLY BAD…

Hi! Feel free to add me. Congrats on the baby! I have a three year old and definitley miss the baby stage right about now. But under all those temper tantrums/attitude is my lil 7lb 14oz angel though. LOL I hope you great success on your weight loss and please don't see it as a struggle but more of a test of will. Have a…

I try to think of it as a "use it or lose it" type of deal. If I know that Friday & Saturday are usually the days that I eat bad then I workout extra hard those mornings.

My Husband is very similar. His food palet is a opposite of mine so it makes it difficult around dinner time. Try foods that she would usually eat out but make them healthier at home. Try turkey burgers? Or find some bomb *kitten* recipes and make them. lol. I made some awesome spaghetti tacos the other night and they are…

I usually drink a bottle of water and see if it goes away. BUT...last night I was still hungry after dinner but wanted to stay under my calories so I ate a 100 calorie bag of popcorn and it was surprisingly satisfying! It had about 5g of fiber so I couldn't say no.

Congrats on reaching your halfway mark! I love to see post about people that have been over 200lbs and are now out of the dreaded 2s. Definitely inspiring. Keep up the good work.

Don't let her actions affect your future. My Dad did the best he could to make sure his kids didn't grow up "fat" and we all did! As parents, we all make mistakes and not to take her side but maybe she was just trying to keep you happy. Sometimes we do things for a moment to keep our loved ones happy and don't think about…

Keep on truckin girlie! You are almost there! It is so awesome to think that you are only 21lbs away from your goal. Try to eat the same foods everyday or plan your meals for the week ahead. Hopefully that will take the thinking out of it. I am down 91lbs and still have around 54lbs left to go and felt many discouraging…
