My surgeon never really gave me a goal but my personal goal is to be either 185lbs or a size 12-14 (I'm 5'8). According to the BMI charts, I should be anywhere between 135-165lbs to be in the "normal" range. To be honest anything under 200lbs would be awesome. I have been comfortably crossing my legs and I went on 3 roller coasters!!!

I'm currently 11 weeks out from VSG surgery and just now expericing hair loss. I average about 75g protein per day. My doctor just encouraged me to take a biotin. I'm only on day 3 of taking it so I'll know over the next week or so if it actually is helping. :smile:
