Enjoy your pregnancy! Stop worrying about what to eat and what not to eat. Unless the doctor is telling you that you need to slow down then I say go for it. I gained 60lbs with my baby girl and was down 45lbs when she was 5mths. Have fun!

UGH!! I have a friend like that. We would go walking and she would always want to take the shortest route or she would always flake out on me and "over sleep". Needless to say - I stopped working out with her. Actually I've found out that working out by myself is the best thing for me.

I agree - make something that everyone likes and then modify your plate. For example: When I make spaghetti, I keep the noodles and sauce separate. I LOVE pork rinds! I use it as a bread crumb substitute in my meatloaf, oven fried chicken, chicken fingers, fried pork chops and chicken parmesan. I also love cauliflower mash but I'm going to have to try that pizza.

Drink half your weight in oz of water. Drink green tea instead of soda. Cut out processed carbs (bread, pasta, etc.) and limit starchy veggies (potatoes, corn, etc.). I know when I hit my all time low it was difficult going out with my friends because of the attention. I think that is mainly the reason for me packing on the lbs. I definitely know that sex was better and my DH can 2nd that.
