It should be ok if the sugar came from your fruit in the morning. It is "hidden" sugar that you should worry about. Just to e careful not to over due it on fruit. Some people just hear that they "shouldn't" worry about fruit and over due it. It actually can cause weight gain if you are not too careful.

Well if you are starting off then I would start with the Treadmill and work your way up to the elliptical. If you are buying one then go for the elliptical. You can burn a lot more calories on the elliptical if you work your arms as well. I have an elliptical and I love it.

You're not eating enough so therefore when you do eat enough your body is holding onto it because it was in starvation mode. Eat more (eat clean of course) and keep working out. Also, try drinking half your body weight in water.

As many has said, the elliptical only gets your heart rate up and there for burns fat/calories but does not "tone". If you want to tone try Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred. You will not lose too much weight but you will "tone" your body. BTW - I have an elliptical and I love it.

It actually helps with your hunger BUT if you eat too little while on them then you will more than likely gain it all back plus some when off of them. My sister tends to go on and off those types of pills for short term weight loss. A healthy lifestyle is truly the way to go for permanent loss. :happy:

Hi! I like to do my cardio first thing in the morning and I typically eat right afterwards. It may be a myth but I have always heard to eat after your cardio due to the fact that you're still burning calories from the workout. It has worked for me.

I LOVE avocados as well. I actually eat one a day (1/2 in morning & 1/2 @ lunch). I watched that BL episode this morning. I think maybe they are saying that the Almond Breeze is a better choice than 2% Milk. It may or may not be but it really all depends on what works for you.
