I live in the Keller area and we had snow this morning...but you are right, driving to DT Dallas for work it stopped. Last week was nuts, it really did remind me of Michigan winters!

If I am not mistaken it is both a protien source and a healthy fat!!! Score!!!! The question is, is it 1/2 cup shelled or 1/2 cup pods? 1/2 cup shelled to me is alot, then again I mix it with 1/2 cup brown rice...but I think it is more fun (and slower) to have to "de pod" them. :laugh:

I am not sure if it was a one time thing but it was on Sunday as well on NBC so check your listings. Also, It won't be back on until the olympics are over on March 2nd according to NBC.com... Just a heads up.

I also am on thyroid medication...and have been since they think that is what caused my miscarriage 10 years ago. Amazing how one little hormone can cause so much havek on a body! I do find losing harder than when I was younger...I am sure it is a combination of factors but the thyroid is not helping anything!

I have a very hour-glass shape...I just wish it was the smaller hour-glass of my pre-baby years hahaha I am a 5'4" and 186.6, currently I usually wear a 12 but it is big in the waist and tight on the hips...so some brands I have to get a 14 or even a 16!!! As far as tops I have to get Extra Large and avoid buttons at all…

I would have to have someone else hide it...because it really isn't hiding if I know where it is and it would be too tempting to get it back out. But I know I am emotionally driven by the numbers, good or bad! Congrats on the 81 pound loss...that is awesome!!!

I have used many of those and like most...except the Dancing with the Stars one, I love dancing so thought I would love that one...but I didn't. It was a big disappointment.

I go by weighing...simply because I don't trust my measuring...off the littlest bit and the number is different. I wish there was an foolproof method...that was affordable :wink:
