Start out walking then speed walking. then jogging and into running. I am only speedwalking now because I am afraid of a heart attack lol Oh and jog in place at home.

I have been on metformin since 2004. I have Insulin resistance as well as PCOS so I take 2 1,000mg tablets a day :( It never kept my weight down. It just makes it HARDER to lose weight.

I do 30DS but not religiously. If I am feeling a little feisty I can do level 1..When they do jump n jacks, I jog in place. When they do push ups, I do wall push ups when they do their stupid *kitten* jump rope I do something else as well. Plus they get down on the ground and get up so fast I am always tagging behind. lol…

This is what happened to me. I was eating 1700 and losing steadily. After I changed it to 1,570 I started gaining a tad bit and not losing.

I walk my kids almost everyday. No less than 30 min 5-6 days a week (since it's still nice out), do 30 min light impact aerobics with my measley 2lb weights and if I feel up to it I will do the 30DS-1 too. I can't cut carbs out completely or too low because I am diabetic and My sugars would DROP. But I am trying to stay under 150 a day and so far I have. Add me if you want, I'd love to see how you're doing on it. Plus I like peeking at low carbber's food diaries for food ideas :)
