I started off the week by eating an entire bag of Lindt truffles... and it's kind of all gone downhill from there.. I mean uphill. IT WAS AWESOME.

I enjoy running on the treadmill (I enjoy running/walking outside even more). I know everyone here hates on the people who do only or mostly cardio but I enjoy it, so oh well...

Running killlls my knees. I started out just speed walking and then speed walking on an incline and then slowly started incorporating running into my routine. I hated running but it feels so good when you reach the goals you set for yourself that it is worth it. It also gets really addicting after awhile!

My daughter is three and I'm getting her a kid safe camera as well, and a bunch of kitchen stuff. Microwave, kid-size broom/dustpan (she looves to sweep whenever I do) and pots and pans, etc. I might get her some new art stuff too.

I'm having the same problem, except from running. Now I feel like I can't run or exercise until it heals and I'm so disappointed about it. I'm anxious to hear more responses, but my sister said you should ice it every night and take a week off or so until it feels better. So I would recommend trying that and then taking it…

My weight loss is completely different this time now that I'm doing a combination of exercise and eating right. I used to just starve myself (500 calories a dayish) for a couple weeks and I would lose it all in my stomach (then gain it all back because that is not maintainable). I think it's because you eat breakfast so early. I eat breakfast around 8 and then I eat lunch at 12:30. If I have a mid morning snack it's extremely low calorie.

I think Mirena works great for some people, others not so much. You'll know if it doesn't work for you. I felt bloated and gross all the time and I was CONSTANTLY irritable and angry. I got it out and I felt/feel soooo much happier and losing weight isn't impossible anymore!

I was on Mirena and I gained gained gained despite what I did. I got it out a month and a half ago... suddenly I'm losing weight. :)

My sister bought one from Walmart and has used it for the past 5 years. She's lost 20-30 pounds in the past year just using that. I have a gold's gym treadmill that I use at home, I don't like running in the cold either.
