5 lbs a month is very good, I rarely lose more than that in a month. You're doing great and I'm not going to let you give up!

This is what helps me on a daily basis. ^^^^ I also weigh myself every day - works for some people, and not so much for others. I like to know where I'm at. Whether I'm up or down, I find it motivates me either way.

You look great! How tall are you? I started at 210 and I'm down to 173. My first goal is 160 then I'm going to work on getting to 150. We have basically the same goal/starting point! Add me if you need any more motivational buddies!

The only cheat days I take are holidays or birthdays. I can't handle a regular cheat day, once I have bad things I begin to crave them more.

My husband is a very loud sleeper and I kick/move constantly in my sleep so we tried in the beginning but just didn't sleep well. We still probably sleep in the same bed 2-3 times a week at most, but lots of cuddle time in between. Works for us!

Yes, I feel the exact same way. I've lost 41 lbs but I still shop for the same large sizes. When I weighed more I was somehow more comfortable wearing tighter clothes, now I can't handle wearing anything that shows that I'm overweight at all so I wear bigger clothes. I keep thinking once I hit my goal I'll feel 100%…

I definitely lost weight after I got the Mirena taken out. I think it's because it made me so insanely depressed. I got it taken out September of last year, and by Christmas I had lost 35 lbs. I started MFP in October and that helped a lot, but I'm not sure I could have stuck to it if I was still on Mirena. It works great…

I've discovered this soup recipe recently.. I use the recipe as a base and add a bunch more veggies to it (summer squash, celery, cauliflower) it is sooooo good. And SUPER low calorie! Less than 50 calories for a great big bowl of it. I'll make up a big batch and eat it throughout the week.…

I'm 5'9, my starting weight was 205 and I'm down to 181. I don't feel like there is a big difference in my photos... hopefully in another 10 lbs or so?! My goal weight is 150-160. Feel free to add me!
