Those are some awesome nsvs! My favorite is that my 10 year old son called me an athlete and told somebody that I could do anything because I have determination.

Congratulations on your wedding! I'm so sorry to hear about your illness. I was just released from the hospital on Sunday for Rhabdo. I'm up 11 pounds from the crazy amounts of fluids they pumped into me. Were you told no exercise for 8 weeks?

I decided to lose weight in the hopes that it would decrease my pain level with my autoimmune disease, rheumatoid arthritis. Luckily, within 3 days of changing my diet, my pain level decreased significantly. That led to being able to exercise and strengthen my muscles to support my damaged joints = even less pain.

Wonderful! I lost most of my weight through calorie deficit and tons of cardio. I started lifting 3 months ago and have seen a huge increase in my strength.

Northern Michigan here...just finally saw the sun after a 6 long months! Exercise, going outside, and yoga have helped me the most. I know several people who've had success with a desktop light therapy lamp.

Every Spring, a group of friends go down to Detroit to catch a hockey game and a baseball game in one weekend. I usually dread the packed car, public transportation, and stadium seating...not this year!

Congratulations! I love the #nopantsforsummer! Last year, I had what I called "Summer of the Skirt." I hadn't lost weight yet but I was so tired of sweating it out in pants, I threw caution to the wind and bared my knees for all the world to see. ;) Wishing you a happy pantless summer!
