Hello fellow zombie aficionados! My name is Missy, 42, sahm of three. I've lost about 70 lbs over the last year. I would like to lose 20 more. More importantly, I'd really like to tone up. I am fairly active with cardio work. Fell off the weight training wagon after a bad episode of rhabdomyolysis which had me laid up in…

Congratulations!!! What a great nsv.

Congratulations! I know diet and exercise does quite a bit to help alleviate the symptoms of my autoimmune disease. Sugar is my biggest inflammatory trigger...it is really hard to kick the sugar habit!

Congratulations! You look wonderful.

Twenty two pounds is no small feat! Congratulations. Getting past that mental hurdle, that magical number where our determination lags, is also a huge accomplishment. Way to go!

Go you! You look great...so youthful and full of energy.

I've lost 72 pounds in 9 months. I started at 231 and am currently 159. I started with just eating at a calorie deficit. I added walking and swimming after a month, running after 4 months, cross training at 6 months. I am currently recovering from an injury so am slowly working back up to the following workout…

Congratulations!!! 5.8 mph is a very respectable speed, in my beginner opinion. I've been running since December. The best advice I was given when getting frustrated about not being able to run fast for long was...run slow, then run slow longer...the speed will come after you've built up your endurance.

I think the high sodium and exercise could definitely make you retain 5 lbs. of water. Drink a lot of water and try to relax. I'm sure those water pounds will be off in a day or two. I do understand how you feel...I just finally shed the last of 12 water pounds after a hospital stay where they pumped me full of fluids. It…

Wtg! Color walks/runs are so much fun.

Absolutely listen to your body! You definitely did the right thing...I'm recovering from rhabdomyolysis after a crossfit session. I wish I had listened more closely to my warning signs.

I'm 5'6" I've lost a total of 72 lbs. Unfortunately, I didn't start taking progress pics until I'd already lost twenty pounds. This following picture is a fifty pound difference. These last 10 pounds have been a struggle as I really upped my exercise and have had to adjust my calories. I'm hoping to lose at least fifteen…

Great job! Congratulations!

You should be proud! WTG!

Congratulations! That is a great achievement.

I'm about a size down in my shoes. My feet are still wider than before I had kids though. Stretch marks are better, not gone...thin silvery lines instead of wide ones. A bit wrinkly with the extra skin issue. Still better than being obese though! Tattoo is fine, had it done in my early thin years. It got some stretch marks…

and double high five on the 10 mile run! That's a huge accomplishment!

I had to do a double read, 46?!? You look fantastic! Way to stick with your program and journey.

24 pounds is a great loss! It takes our minds a while to "see" the difference. Taking measurements throughout is a great way to measure success. Here is a wonderful list of comparable weight items. 1 pound = a Guinea Pig 1.5 pounds = a dozen Krispy Kreme glazed donuts 2 pounds = a rack of baby back ribs 3 pounds = an…
