at 41, 3 kids, and nearly 70lbs lost, I like compression for bottoms...keeps my jiggling bits a little more stable. ;) I find I am also less sore the next day. I prefer a looser top though.

Congratulations on your successful year! You look even more beautiful and are simply glowing with health. I, too, had a nearly miraculous turnaround with my autoimmune disease pain (rheumatoid disease) Having nearly pain free days is so worth the food/exercises changes in our lives.

"You can't out exercise a bad diet!"

I wish I was lucky enough to go way down. Nope, started at 231 pounds ~ 40 DD. Now at 164 pounds ~ 36 G.

I feel your pain! 36 G here. The ultimate lock 'em down bra that I've found is the Enell Sport. All the busty gals at our horse barn use them for riding. Are they beautiful and sexy, NO, but they get the job done. The service people are awesome in helping you determine the correct size for you.

Congratulations on the new little one! My mantra is "you can't out exercise a bad diet." The first 3 months of my new lifestyle, I only walked (45 minute walk 3x's a week) and ate a caloric deficit, I lost approx. 45 lbs in those three months. The rapid weight loss has tapered off as I get closer to goal. I am also…

Holy guacamole! Great job on your loss. I believe many struggle with new body awareness after a significant weight loss. I find, like another commenter posted, that daily lotion massage helps...I'm still often surprised by how small my legs feel. I've also started yoga. I think that may help me get in tune to my new…

Way to go! You can do it!

Interesting...thanks for the link. As a compulsive overeater/food addict, it has been a hard road to walk. Abstinence of trigger foods is my new way of living. Moderation is not an option for me.

My friend also talked me into signing up for a half marathon...luckily, I have until June to prepare. I am working through a 14 week 10k program which will segue nicely into the Hal Higdon half training. Good luck to you!

My starting weight was 231. I walked for several months and got down to about 175 before I started running. I am currently using the zenlabs 10k app. It is a 14 week program...8 weeks in you're ready for the 5k. I also swim, cross train, and have recently started yoga. Best of luck to you on your journey!

Wow, amazing transformation! Great job.

Great successes! You definitely need to celebrate and acknowledge how far you've come. Congratulations!

Hi. Sorry that you're struggling right now. Here are a few things that I do to help keep me inspired and on track... 1. put on running shoes/workout clothes right away ~ half the battle for me is getting that far 2. taking progress pics every 10 lbs 3. making workout plans with friends...I try to be the driver so I HAVE to…

I feel your pain! I regularly have to jump rope during interval training...gets me every time. I just wear a pad. I have to say though, at nearly 70 lbs down, the incontinence has improved during other activities like jogging, sneezing, laughing, etc.

Congratulations!!!

Congrats!

What a motivating topic! I can now run a 5k...and feel like I still have more in me. :) New runner here, so not pushing too much too fast.

Woot Woot! I love shrinking out of clothes. I have two big bags waiting to go to resource center.

as a visual reference, he's the middle climber in my profile pic. :)

Great job! love the black blouse on you, very pretty. My 10 year old son saw your ticker and exclaimed, "wow, she lost one of me!" He's 70 lbs. ;)

Cute! Yay for you getting back to it. I started cross training this week...ouchie! I was extremely sore. I had made plans to try a yoga class with my sisters. I almost backed out due to my pain. Luckily, I stuck it out, I feel so much better! Perhaps trying a free youtube yoga vid would help ease your pain?

You can totally do it!

I'm not going to lie, my husband also offered incentive for me to get to goal. I was already 100% committed to a healthy new life so I took his bet, a new car, that I'd make it to goal by the spring. I'm 14 lbs away from a new Challenger! I won't hold him to it...just make him sweat a little. ;) My reward is feeling so…
