  • never had a problem getting dates, is there some special variety that is paleo? Dried dates are always available with the other dried fruit at all our local supermarkets. I have a serious date problem also!

  • Thanks caribougal. I've decided to just stick to very clean eating, no grains/sugars. But I think I'll keep the whey and if I really want it perhaps a little bit of dairy. I'm making a commitment to stick very closely to my calorie and macro goals for the whole month. My version I guess is a nomnomprimal April!!

  • and nothing else?? if you try to stop yourself from eating for the rest of the day, be careful. This, in my experience, is a sure-fire way to set yourself up for a binge later. could you be more vigilant the rest of day to counter the brunch rather than just have water?
