same here, try to get a cheeseburger with only ketchup and bit onto a big pickle with mustard. I HATE pickles and mustard so after about 10 times of this nonsense of not being able to make the simplest burger on earth I just wont eat at that hell hole.

People see "fat" and think that it is automatically bad for you which isn't true. Dietary fat isn't what makes people fat and you can actually have too little of it. To get those % exactly to what you have them set you would have to eat exactly the # of carbs, protein, fat, etc that MFP has set for you, which is nearly impossible. what you have actually ate has been 49% carbs, so you could still have some left without raising that percentage. If you eat a huge piece of chicken with lets say 2 carbs but 45 grams of protein and a few grams of fat then you have used 2g of your carbs but your carb% for the day will actually go down.

Lifting at maintenance or even deficit is def not pointless. I have doubled my squat, deadlift, OHP and Rows weight while on a deficit and lifting. Just always make sure my meals and snacks are high in protein.
