No, we saw live rabbits, then her poking a knife at them and then dead rabbits. She was probably slicing up carrots for them and coincidentally a zombie killed them in the next 5 minutes.

When people are talking about current episodes of a show it should be quite obvious that things that happened in the most recent episode would be discussed.
