I'm 49 and a Grammy to twin 4 year old boys. When people hear them call me Grammy they often comment that I don't look old enough to have a 30 year old daughter much less grand children! I feel blessed!

I do this too! It tastes much better and I have heard that ICE cold water expends more calories because the body has to warm it. And in my book, every calorie counts! I like to take my bottle of water out of the freezer just before it gets solid. Then I shake the heck out of it and enjoy it!
