  • Ok. Count me in of there is room! Starting weight 160. 20% would be 132 (which I haven't seen since junior year of college) but I am aiming for 145. Good luck everyone. Let me know what you are doing - what WORKS! Happy New Year!
  • I love love love this machine. :) Can we still be friends?! So much more difficult than elliptical but it feels like I'm really getting something out of it. And I love that you can move really far backwards and forwards or use it like a stairmaster and climb. No doubt it's tough but......
  • I'm in the same boat! I initially lost 4 lbs but immediately gained it back. I have realized two things: I am not being completely honest with the foods I'm logging AND I need to eat better foods. I am going to take measurements as well and see if I see any changes there and on the scale. Good luck!
  • You look fantastic! I think you're my new role model! Kudos on your weight loss!
  • I weigh 158 as of this morning - pre-cheese danish. Hope you all have a fabulous weekend. I am taking my 8th grade class on a hike tomorrow morning. 6 miles should be good for burning up some calories!
  • I am so sorry. We will send prayers to your family.
  • Just want you to know that you are NOT alone. I work full time as a middle school special education teacher and I'm in school full time as well. I have two kids and find that I am often last on the list. I am making a valiant effort to work out before work so that I do something good for myself before I can make excuses…
  • Except that I'm not a dude - I'm the dudette in the picture. My husband weighs 230 - thank goodness - puts my 20 lbs on perspective. Haha
  • I teach middle school so costume choices have to fit one major criteria - FULL coverage. Finding a costume that is appropriate is difficult. "Sexy Witch" doesn't play well when you're surrounded by 8th grade boys. Haha. So, poodle skirt and saddle shoes it is. :)
  • I am addicted to bagels. That's all I have to share. :) Just needed to put that out there.
  • Hello tall girls! I am 5'10" and currently, sadly, I weigh 160lbs. UGH! Two years ago, I weighed 145 so this weight gain feels huge! Trying to lose 20 lbs by my 40th birthday which is just around the corner (May). Planning on getting up at 5:30 am tomorrow to get to the gym. Wish me luck. :)
  • I started yesterday and somehow gained 2 pounds. But I'm not going to get discouraged. :( Put me down at 162. Don't tell anyone though - haha! Thanks for including me.
  • Thanks so much for including me. My start weight is actually 162. Which is my current weight as well. Haha. When do you want us to report back?
  • My husband and I are in!! I always do better when I'm part of a challenge - I guess I'm competitive. :) Heading out to walk my dogs through a small canyon. Getting a head start on my 210 minutes of exercise for the week.
  • Hello all, I would love to join you all. I need accountability. I have gained 20 lbs over the past few years and although my height makes it less noticeable than it should be, I feel terrible. I woke up today and decided enough was enough. It's 1:00 - too early to declare a great first day! Lol. So....I weigh 160lbs…
