That's weird my whole message disappeared apart from the first to words lol

Hi Chris, she had previously mentioned she has electronic scales and weighs everything I think....if I remember rightly But yes that great advice
-
I have to agree with jgnatca, you have specifically said you weigh everything and are on minimum calories....so there's not really much we can say about that, the only thing we can suggest is a little exersize....or of course lower your calories...but that would be extreme and not good to recommend
-
I think most of us are trying to suggest a little exersize ...as I previously said why not ask your Dr or phisio and as you previously said this time around take it a little slower Good luck
-
Well I'm afraid there's your answer, youl have to start out slow and build up, it sounds like you know what your doing wrong and you've worked out you are approaching exersize with the wrong attitude now when considering your health complications Yes you need to start from scratch... But then you already know that x
-
Surely your phisio could recommend exersize for you and water is great, perhaps your pushing to hard when you go!

How exciting for you, you better get your trainers on

Me too...how do I add people
-
Yeah I agree, I'd never totally cut mine. I think I've set them at 30% .honestly I kinda have to coz if it was down to me I'd eat 100% carbs lol.
-
I've just altered my macros to reduce carbs too, found I'd started to eat to much bread. It's such an easy option when your counting calories....however, I'm aware its not the healthiest :(
-
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that's how the point system works at weight watchers and that seems to get great results

Hey Michelle What a wonderfully positive message.....love it I'm taking note And here's to all us big boobed girlys
-
That was meant to say .....I have a large bum too :)
-
Sometimes I put my old bigger ones over my new ones for more support, especially when I've gone down a size, its sooo expensive keeping up with them, given the fact the decent ones are so pricey. I wouldn't change my boobs though, fortunately I have a large number too so I'm quite womanly which is a small mercy gratefully…

Just under 5.1 (it pains me to say 5 lol) and goal is 135...its taking forever!!

Oh god we are two peas in a pod ...that made me laugh out loud Snap snap snap!!! However, I've learned to embrace my fantastic boobs, even if they still bounce with two smaller cupped sports bras :))

Hey sash....I am almost 42 and just under 5.1 :)( I got to 160lb a couple of years back and since then its been such a struggle, I too exersize and try to eat around 1000cals...I can say that on cycling days (usually a Sunday afternoon) I gain for a few days from water retention. Through muscle soreness....but I'm afraid…
-
Hi tree I'm 5.1 and can only eat 1200...I run 4 to 5 times a week and lift hard heavy weights 5 times....when being medically (well sort of) my resting met rate was eat 1472 which is quite low, I'm female nearly 40 and study (sedentary) during the day. However, I have always lifted. Anyway, my point is.....we worked out…
