  • Hi, I'm going to try this again :) I was on the original 10lb challenge, and didn't follow-through. I'm newly motivated with the new year, turning 40 in October and a planned trip to Hawaii with my husband (no kids) to celebrate. My current weight is 215 . . February 1st goal is 205. Let the games begin!

  • I once heard an analogy that we're like wet sponges when it comes to weight loss . . it's easy to squeeze the water out at first, but as the sponge gets drier (and you get thinner) it gets harder and harder. :smile:
