Bump

I walk just about every day. I try to get about 2 miles in on my lunch break, which is more of a power walk when I walk with my coworkers and then I take the dog out in the evenings. Sometimes it's more of a slow, meditative walk, other times its more than that. I haven't seen much in terms of physical results from…

I have had my One for a week now and I absolutely love it! So does my dog because she gets extra walks during the week just so I can meet my steps goal. I would love to have more friends to compete with and cheer on. http://www.fitbit.com/user/2724NP

I live in Washington too! I live in Montesano and work in the Hoquiam/Aberdeen area. Anyone can add me. I'm also on fitbit www.fitbit.com/user/2724NP

Count me in. I just got my fitbit one on Saturday and am excited!

Some of that depends on if the jeans have Lycra. I have some Gap jeans that I bought almost 10 years ago (no stretch, pure denim) that still have no holes (belt loops did rip though). But I find that jeans made more recently wear out quicker.

I didn't realize it was the country. I just recently bought some capris from jc penny, same size but different colors. They all fit just a little bit different. Maybe I should go back at look at the country . . .

I just ordered my fitbit and should get it this weekend! I would love to start out with some friends, add me! http://www.fitbit.com/user/2724NP

Bump for later.

Recently I have found that if you mix a little bit of peanut butter with plain greek yogurt, the pb goes further and its like a creamy whipped pb dip (but with way less calories). Really good with pretzels for that sweet and salty mix and any kind of fruit.

I have about 20 pounds to lose. I'm 5'7 and I want to get back down to 153-155. Anyone with similar goals please friend me. Having little to lose makes the going slow and it's really frustrating sometimes

I weigh every day and then take an average so that I end up with a weekly weight. Gives me a better idea of my losses throughout the month.

5'7" 23 years old CW 168 My goal weight is to be under 150 I usually eat anywhere from 1300-1900 calories and burn anywhere from 400-700 depending on the workout My goal is to get back into a routine of eating well and working out. Moving hit me pretty hard this past winter

If they feel awkward, start with a PVC pipe or broomstick to get the proper form down. I will warn you that you will get a choking sensation from the bar resting against your neck, that can be pretty awkward, but you get used to it.

That little strain, assuming its not actual pain, is probably from not having a really strong core. Squats (with or without weight) require a lot of core strength and if that has not developed yet, then your back is taking some of that stress. Its pretty normal, I had it when I first started and still do a little when I up…

23 and I need more friends. Add Me!!

Congrats on the weight loss! I took a little peek at your food diary and the only thing that I notice is that you may not be eating back enough of your exercise calories to fuel your workouts (I only looked at about a week, so that may not always be true). I would try eating back some of your exercise calories and see how…

For me its been investing in a cabinet full of spices. I love the salt-free Mrs Dash and McCormick spice blends, really makes a difference on things like steamed veggies or chicken.

I'm 5'7 and am looking to get down to around 150-155, although I think I have more of a medium frame.

OP, I just added you. I need more friends too. Add me!

I always re-rack, my set just doesn't feel finished until then. My gym has signs all over the weights area reminding people to re-rack, plus one that says" Men, please re-rack your weights when finished so the ladies don't have to" Not sure how I feel about that one . . . .

I saw some one mention prices of $125-175 a month and that's true for the unlimited plans, but a lot of boxes offer cheaper plans if you only plan on going for 2x or 3x a week. The unlimited it really only necessary if you want to go 4 or more times a week, then it's totally worth it. I loved my box!

23 and getting back into running after getting over a move to the Northwest. Running in cold rain isn't fun : ( Feel free to add me.

Just got my Polar FT4 yesterday and I already love it.

Count me in. And if I am already doing abs as part of another routine, can I count those reps towards the 300/day?

I started tracking about a month ago (again) and started working out a couple weeks ago and I have actually seen a weight gain on the scale. I keep telling myself its just water, muscles repairing . . . . But it's really been discouraging. I'm going to stick with it and hopefully I will wake up one day soon and have a…
