Another site I went to says my BMR is 1707 and my TDEE is 2347 (I really don't think I can eat that much)

And I gained about 4 pounds in 4 days

I go on my elliptical about 5 times a week and I just started doing Zumba. I burn about 600 - 700 callories a day which is why I try to eat things with more monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (I try to stay as far away from saturated and trans fats as I can)
