I carry heavy groceries every other day about for 10mins to my home because I don't have a car. Does it count? I find that my shoulder muscles are more pronounced than the rest of my body. :P

I cut off the milky chocolates because I can't help but eat the whole bar. I think the high sugar makes me crave more. I eat dark chocolate and hardly can eat more than 2 squares. Oh I also eat nutella occasionally but not so much as I used to :)

I find I am always above in sugar. As far as I'm around my calorie goal I just ignore it. It's because I can't say no to chocolate. But I been eating with more control than I used to. Maybe you are not eating enough or made too drastic changes on your diet. I found that upping a little my calories and eating anything I like in moderation does the trick for me.
