Hi! I'm also perimenopausal and I've put on a bunch of weight recently as well. It's SO hard to lose it! I had a bunch of tests and my doctor said, "Yep. That's what hormones will do. I put on 40 pounds when I started menopause." So depressing! It's nice to know I'm not the only one struggling.

This is great! I am 41 and struggling mightily to lose the weight I have gained over the past couple years, especially around the middle! I've been working out hard for a few weeks now and actually gained 3 pounds, but I keep reminding myself to give it more time and be patient - it is a real challenge!
