My body is use to working out so much and I don't plan on stopping. I do log my food to make sure that my weight gain is under control. I was using the app prior to getting…

Being pregnant has not stopped me thus far although I have not experienced any miscarriages because of it, I would agree you can work…

My son is 7 months and I am also thinking about weaning him off. Not for weight loss reasons but just because I don't think I am producing enough milk anymore for him.

When I gave birth to my son my doctor told me that I could immediately start working on my stomach exercises. I had my son all natural in a tub. I started doing cardio around four weeks PP.

Usually when someone hits a plateau it means they need to change their routine to shock the body. For example if your running on a treadmill and you have been running at a pace of 5 bump it up to a pace of 5.5

It can be done. Your daughter is adorable in your profile picture. Unfortunately the weight does not just fall off. I do have to say that breastfeeding helped a whole lot with my weight coming off.

I am not exclusively nursing either. I pump 3 x a day during the work week and I am not sure how much I nurse during the weekend but I dont supplement on the weekend. It says for me that I need to take in 1800 calories a day. I am not sure if it makes a difference if your supplementing or not. Your still breastfeeding.

I added 300 calories to my caloric intake. I workout 4 days a week usually about 1400 calories burned a week. I don't include breast feeding as an exercise on here. I pump most of the time since I work a full time job.

Right now my schedule is four times a week. I have a 12 year old and 8 year old and a 4 month old. I am a member of the YMCA so by the time I get home from work and picked up all the kids. I usually make it to the gym by 6:30 and work out for a hour. I definitely work out on Saturdays. I would love to work on in the…

My son is 4 months and he is my third. I did not breast feed my other two so he is my first breast feed baby. I dropped about 35 pounds immediately. I am almost back to my pre baby weight but these last five pounds are just lingering.
