I typically log my breakfast and lunch while I am eating it :) I most often prelog my dinner to see how much I can have and how much I need to save for dessert :)

Love asparagus! We also grill it with some olive oil and salt and pepper. If the grill is not on I bake it with olive oil salt and pepper. If there are some leftovers, it is very good cold with balsalmic dressing on it.

I'm 5'8" and 175. I eat 1600 cals a day. 4 days a weeks I burn 500-600 calories exercising and on those days I eat 300 extra calories. Friend me if you would like :) I drink wine, eat cake, and anything I want to fit it in my calories...I refuse to give anything up!

I like Whey Factors. I have the chocolate and vanilla and just mix a scoop of which ever I am feeling like with almond milk after my workout..yum!
