Don't give up. You just have to go from day to day. Do the best you can and yes that is a very small amount of calories to intake a day depending on your weight. If your very heavy thats really not enough I would do 1500 and make sure you get that excercise in daily b/c that helps alot!!! Dont give up...I feel the same as…
